Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BitTick ("the App") operated by Maro Hagopian LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service BitTick is a mobile application that displays real-time Bitcoin price information sourced from third-party data providers including Coinbase.

3. Not Financial Advice Information provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases The App offers premium features ("BitTick Pro") through the following purchase options:

• •Monthly Subscription: $2.99/month, auto-renewable
• •Lifetime Access: $39.99 one-time purchase

For monthly subscriptions:

• •Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• •Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• •You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• •No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.

5. Accuracy of Information We strive to display accurate price information but make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed. Price data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times.

6. Use Restrictions You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• •Use automated systems to access the App
• •Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

7. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maro Hagopian LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARO HAGOPIAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP INFORMATION.

10. Third-Party Services The App relies on third-party services for price data and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
